Refund policy

Last updated September 27, 2026. All amounts are in US dollars.

Sponsor placements

• If we don't approve your placement, we refund you in full on the same day.
• If you cancel before your placement goes live, we refund you in full.
• Once a placement is live, the current 30-day period isn't refundable, unless we take it down for a reason that isn't your fault. In that case we refund the unused days.

Expedited review ($49)

• If we don't review and list your tool within 48 hours of payment, we refund you in full.

Newsletter sponsorship

• If the issue you paid for isn't sent, we refund you in full.

Prompt packs

• All prompt pack sales are final. Packs are digital and can be copied the moment they're delivered, so we don't refund packs for a change of mind.
• If your download doesn't arrive within 24 hours or a file won't open, email us and we'll send a working copy. If we can't fix it, we refund you in full.
• If you were charged twice for the same pack, we refund the extra charge.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@botornah.com with the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original card; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Delivery

Everything we sell is digital. Placements appear on botornah.com. Prompt packs arrive by email right after payment. Nothing is shipped.
